Political system in India, unlike the West, is ruled by senior people. What it lacks is the passion, determination and zeal of young political leaders. The current Indian parliament system still has to move from the senior party member system and take on board young politicians.

I, too, have a Dream!
Martin Luther King had a dream. So did Nelson Mandela. And who can forget the great Mahatma Gandhi? They all dreamt of making the world a better place to live in. A world filled with love and peace, where mankind lives in harmony. Their (and many other enriched souls’) existence has made the world a better place to live in; a place which we can keep improving… a place which we want to make better before we hand it over to the next generation.
The Face of Indian Politics – 2014
According to a recent World Bank report, the whole world is going through an unprecedented demographic transition and experiencing a 1.8 billion-powerful bout of the young and adolescent population in the global economy. There’s absolutely no way that India, a rapidly emerging economy on the global front could have remained untouched by this phenomenon; which could be seen making a mark in the recently held state assembly elections (2013), where the country and specially the capital sawan unexpected turnout of young and adolescent voters and for the very first time ever they accounted for almost one-third of the total voting population. It is being speculated widely, that because of the recently increasing youth participation in shaping up of Indian governance.
The Years in Review – Part 1
The last 5 years in office (2009 – 2014) have kept me really busy. Many projects which were pending got underway. Development activities, efforts for solving problems of society, activities through various organizations and Planned Activities for Interaction with Citizens were on the agenda, and they were given 100% time and dedication.
